CEO Message
Your Credit Union is different from a bank as we are member owned and are directed by our all-volunteer Board of Directors. Each member of Your Credit Union is entitled to an equal vote, at each Annual Meeting, which determines the Board of Directors. The Board Members, in turn, work out the strategic plan with Management and set the policy and direction of Your Credit Union.
During 2010 and beyond, we will be working on several projects and opportunities including promoting, enhancing, and strengthening existing partnerships, supporting the need for lifecycle integrated services and attracting youth as employees, elected officials, and members. The year 2010 is a continuation of adding onto the building blocks we have already put in place. We will continue to focus on strengthening the values of Your Credit Union.
Your Credit Union will continue to contribute to an environment that will encourage leadership, learning, and respect. We will make sure that all our employess are provided with superior training and knowledge in order to provide a high quality of service.
