Accounts

We will help make it easy to move your business account to Your Credit Union. We will coordinate the transfer of account balances and any pre-authorized payments and deposits to save you time and ensure that everything is taken care of as quickly as possible.

To open an account for your business, we require the following information and documentation to meet legislation and regulatory policies:

• If the entity is a corporation – the name and occupation of all directors of the corporation and the name, address and occupation of al individuals who directly or indirectly own or control 25% ore more of the shares of the corporation.
• If the entity is an entity other than a corporation – the name, address and occupation of all individuals who directly or indirectly own or control 25%.
• Non profit organization – existence of entity for a non profit organization along with the registered charity number for income tax purposes. Identification of all business owners including their birthdates, full home address and telephone numbers.
