Passmark Increased Authentication
Increased Authentication provides an additional layer of security to the login process. This feature requires you to select an image, write a security phrase, and select three security questions.
How It Works
When you log into online banking from a computer that is not registered as trusted, you will have to answer one of your three security questions. You will then view your image and phrase, then enter your PAC. Do not enter your PAC if the wrong image is shown as this could indicate a security issue. Contact your local branch if this happens.
Registering Your Computer For Faster Logins
You can speed up the login process by opting to register your computer. When you log in from a registered computer, you don't have to answer a security question before viewing you personal image and entering your PAC.
Registering your home or personal computer will allow faster logins, however, you should not register a shared or public computer.
