To pass, it must receive at least 75% of the votes cast by members who are present and entitled to vote at the AGM. How will voting work if I attend in person?

Can guests attend the AGM? Yes. Guests are welcome to attend the AGM but are not entitled to vote. Will candidates for director speak at the AGM? Yes.
