Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held via video conference on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Members can participate online using their smartphone, tablet or computer and will be able to view a live webcast with the ability to participate, ask questions, make comments, or speak to the extent they are entitled to do so and cast direct votes at the appropriate time while the meeting is in progress.

TIME: 6.45pm for a 7pm start

PLACE: Available online and via telephone through ZOOM. Please CLICK HERE to register.

The purpose of the meeting is:

• To receive reports, including the financial statements for the fiscal year ending Sept 30, 2023.
• To appoint the external auditor.
• To announce the acclamation of directors.
• To report on the gender diversity of the Board.
• To transact such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.

Pre-register HERE or by using the contact information below no later than 4pm Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Following your registration, you will receive an email containing a link which you will need to log in to the meeting. Please join the AGM no later than 6:45pm for 7pm start.
