    Notice of Annual General Meeting

    Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of
    Your Credit Union will be held:

    πŸ—“ Thursday, January 22, 2026

    πŸ•– 7:00 PM (Please arrive by 6:45 PM for a prompt start)
    Venue: Hybrid – Your Credit Union, 14 Chamberlain Ave., Ottawa & Zoom

    Attendance and Participation

    • The meeting will be held in person at the venue listed above and virtually via Zoom. Members will have the opportunity to hear from the Board and Management, vote on matters of business, and participate in the election of directors.

    Meeting Agenda

    1. To receive reports, including the financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025
    2. To appoint the external auditor
    3. Special Business – Special Resolution: Amendment to By-law clause 4.01(b)

    Current wording:

    β€œUnless otherwise specified by an Authority rule, or unless elected to fill an Early Vacancy, directors shall be elected for terms of three years.”

    Proposed amendment:

    β€œUnless otherwise specified by an Authority rule, or unless elected to fill an Early Vacancy, directors shall be elected for terms of up to three years.”

    Purpose: To provide the Board flexibility to assign director terms of one, two, or three years to support board renewal and succession planning.
