Microsoft Windows 10 End of Support Announcement
Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, and Windows 10 Education on October 14, 2025. That means they will no longer provide software updates, technical assistance, or security fixes for Windows 10. Computers running Windows 10 will still work, but will be more susceptible to malware attacks and might not work with newer technologies.  For more information, see Microsoft’s announcement by clicking here

What can I do if I am still running Windows 10?

If your device meets Microsoft's hardware requirements for Windows 11, you should upgrade your operating system to Windows 11 before October 14, 2025. This may require enabling features like Trusted Platform Module (TPM) on your device if it is available.

See the following articles for more information.

Download and run the PC Health Check App from Microsoft to verify upgrade eligibility for Windows 11.

If your computer won’t support Windows 11, it might be time to consider replacing it.  Using Online Banking on a Windows 10 computer past October 14th will put both your online information and funds at greater risk of fraud.
