Financial scams are rising across Canada—not only are they more frequent, but they’re also more sophisticated, taking both a financial and emotional toll on Canadians. 

That’s why Your Credit Union is proud to support the launch of the new Canadian Anti-Scam Coalition through our national association, the Canadian Credit Union Association. This unprecedented partnership brings together Canada’s credit unions, banks, telecoms, tech companies, law enforcement, and government to launch the Stand Against Scams campaign—helping Canadians recognize, avoid, and report fraud. 

As a 100% Canadian-owned financial institution rooted in Eastern Ontario, we see firsthand how scams affect our members. By bringing a local voice to this national campaign, we aim to share practical tools that help protect families, businesses, and neighbours right here at home.
