    WHO CAN REGISTER AND VOTE?

    All Your Credit Union members entitled to receive notice as of the record date and:

    • Over the age of 18
    • Holding $5 minimum membership share

    A business, corporation or partnership, is required to appoint an individual to vote on their behalf. Please contact info@yourcu.com if you require a proxy form.

    HOW TO REGISTER?

    Register no later than 4pm Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

    Once we have confirmed your membership, you will receive an email containing a unique link which you will need to log in to the meeting. Please join the AGM no later than 6:45pm for 7pm start.

    Members will be able to participate in the AGM online or via telephone

    • It is important for each member to register for a unique meeting link as there will not be a generic meeting ID for the ZOOM session. Please do NOT share your unique meeting link.
    • Registration opens on January 3, 2024 and closes January 16, 2024 @ 4pm. This registration period allows staff to verify membership information ahead of the AGM.
    • Members are encouraged to email any questions ahead of the AGM to info@yourcu.com
    • The ZOOM meeting will allow members to vote FOR or AGAINST motions and pose questions using the chat function or speak when enabled.

    Technology

    • To ensure you are able to access the meeting and reduce technology issues on the day, please test your ZOOM link prior to the start of the meeting. For technical support please refer to the ZOOM support
    • ZOOM can be used on many devices, including supported mobile and tablet devices, PC & Mac.
    • We are able to accommodate those wishing to attend via phone. For assistance with telephone access, please email info@yourcu.com or call 1-800-379-7757. Please note that if you participate via telephone, you will not be able to participate in live voting.

    HOW TO VOTE?

    You will be directed to cast your vote at the appropriate time while the meeting is in progress.
